God created US and gave US dominion over his creation, (the world). And we were created in his (their) image.
The legal fiction predates the Roman Empire, as far as I know it goes back to Babylon, possibly 3000 BC.

So, I’m trying to get my head wrapped around not using a name at all,
or using the name of Jesus Christ, instead of what our parents named us before or after we were born,
including the time periods before the age of birth certificates.
In our country that was 1933.
So the USA is a newcomer in the modern world to the certificate, registration, and all kinds of ways they duped us to leave our mark behind as evidence.
So you have been quoting scripture that has language about being named, having and using a name etc, and or especially NOT using names scripturally.
So, are you saying that Adam and Eve should not have named Cain and Able?
If I remember correctly, God did not name Adam, but the description of his flesh being red and ruddy like “clay” was actually where the name came from, as per Moses, the author of the book Genesis.
But then all the way through the Old Testament the characters ALL had names. So are you saying that the early people of God did indeed have names given by their parents, or was it Moses who wrote the early books of the Old Testament, had to name the characters for the sake of the scriptures and Bible stories that God gave him in his dreams?
So having a name is a bad thing?
Or having a name that has been corrupted by birth certificates, registrations etc is the problem?
As you probably know, those in a country like ours who have used a private midwife to come in house to deliver the child also have problems.
They are “Stateless”. They cannot get credit, hospital care, or something as simple as a cell phone or electric service or an EIN for an LLC, or even gainful employment,
and can be imprisoned simply for not having identification. The reason I say this being,
this is how Mexican National’s are treated in the US. They are accosted by agencies like ICE.
So we may actually be slightly better off having to correct the problems our grandparents left us rather than starting from scratch.

So I’m very interested in what you have going on, I just can’t get a handle on how to put it into play and maintain it.
The Bible is a work of fiction just like the laws of legality (materialism) written by the hand of man that one becomes subject/slave to when answering to the title of a legal person. Abraham and Moses are but representations of aspects of the psyche of man as are all the other characters in it.
Adam and Eve represent man and woman in the beginning with temporal minds uncluttered by principles/ideas of the tree of worldly knowledge, specifically the principles of legality and its legal persons whose fruit is sweet to the taste and satiates the desires of the flesh but deadly to life.
A seed representing an idea that grows in to a tree of larger substance to bear fruits of a process.
Cain represents the left brain temporal(ego) mind, Able represents the right brain spiritual mind.
The multitude of names and genealogy in the old testament is there to condition the mind of the reader to blindly believe, assume, there is something righteously significant, spiritually normal, necessary, about names, n.b. without explanation for the tedious amount of otherwise pointless genealogical information. Then the old testament leaves the reader with one instance of the word “Surname” in Isaiah and the new testament puts seven more random instances of “surname” to maintain the subconscious acceptance of surnames, Acts and Matthew, the reader is less inclined to sense there is something fishy about names, even in light of when verses revealing the curse that the name is and that God will give a new name that only the one receiving it can know the reader is not likely to question his own erroneous understanding of what is going on with names.
Undocumented aliens are treated badly because the Babylon they are trying to step in to cannot access the bond that is in the jurisdiction of the Babylon they are leaving to enable them to use them as surety on loans sought from central banks. Where people play the rules and pay the fees and leave the mark of the beast on paper to become citizen slaves of a chosen new Babylon, then the certificates are transferred from the old to the new and the lawmakers greed is met, it’s all about the money.
The truly undocumented can be held only for a limited amount of time until it is verified they are undocumented then the must be released. Of course they will be subject to intimidation, threat, coercion and temptation to be compliant in the time they are held captive, but if they sign nothing and make no tacit deals they will be released. Those that know who they truly are and the true nature of their relationship with God have no difficulties in acquiring the things they need to maintain life, nor any difficulties remaining invisible to those in the world of the legally dead.
The anti-Christ legal system is doing exactly what it was purposed to do, the only option for the living is total disassociation from, and abandonment of it. Relearn how to put one’s faith/trust in God rather than man.
Jeremiah 17:5 – Thus saith the LORD; Cursed [be] the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
It is a “leap of faith/trust” to “render unto Caesar” licenses, ID etc all those things that incriminate us, it is only when one reaches the point of seeing the absolute futility of being subject to the laws that other men/gods create that one can reach the right state of mind to willfully and determinedly begin to do so putting one’s trust in the unfamiliar and deliberately obscured principles of God our creator.
They key to stalemating all legal processes is in requesting express written permission issued signed and sealed by a legal authority to engage in legal processes acting as, defending, representing the title of the legal person. (Equates to provisional acceptance of all offers being dependent on their performance not yours, the ball is then in their court and they cannot return it)
in order to get a handle on how to play it and maintain it you have to actually start doing it, it is a matter of faith and if you are listening to spirit you will relearn how to maintain it, it is an ongoing learning process that you can only get better at the more you do it. I t requires your utmost commitment and once you commit you will find there is no good reason to go back.
